A Beautiful World - Universal Harmony
Every year-end, Ling Jiou Mountain would hold a group practice of Avatamsaka Sutra. The aim is to resonate with the Realm of Avatamsaka, to resonate with the wisdom of Manjushri and the aspiration of Samantabhadra. Lastly, one can attain the state of “non-obstruction of phenomena with other phenomena”.

All the human beings on Earth, whether Africans, Caucasians, animals, plants, bacteria, or whatever species, etc., all are connected one with another. Once we’ve realized the truth, we’d understand that all are an entity of interdependence. They are us, we are them, no one is separable. When working with different phenomena, matters, including ourselves, we must uphold compassion and commiseration. Only by doing so can all beings be kind to us. With an altruistic and serving intention to all lives in the universe, we’d receive the same feedback. This is because they are you.
No one can be divided from the world. The mind is Dharmadhatu and vice versa. Contemplate from this angle to be free from suffering and acquire happiness. The source of suffering comes from delusions and a discriminating mind. Conflicts are therefore generated with disagreements and disharmony. Life is then full of troubles. The truth lies within the ultimate truth instead of relative truth. One life does not conflict with another because all are one entity of life. Everyone else is I and vice versa. All is me and I am all. This is the Realm of Avatamsaka.
